We welcome communications from hardware manufacturers, software developers, and fellow racing enthusiasts. When reaching out regarding a specific hardware issue or playback error, please include complete system specifications in your message:
- Streaming Client Device: Exact model name, build number, and installed operating system version (e.g., Android TV 12, Fire OS 8, tvOS 18).
- Display & Audio Chain: Television model, AV receiver / soundbar configuration, and active HDMI port specifications (e.g., HDMI 2.1 eARC).
- Player & Codec Data: Installed media player software version, selected video decoder (Hardware vs. Software), and stream protocol.
- Network Topology: Wired Ethernet vs. 5GHz Wi-Fi, ISP connection speed tier, and any active VPN or router QoS policies.
